What is Goalzee?
Goalzee is a personal goal-tracking app that helps you plan, measure, and achieve goals through clear structure, AI assistance, and progress insights. It’s more than a to-do list — it’s a system for building consistency and focus.
How is Goalzee different from a simple to-do app?
Each goal in Goalzee can be open, trackable (numeric), or step-based. You can group them by daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime cycles, track your streaks, and visualize progress in the Stats section.
Do I need an account to use the app?
Yes, you need an account to save your goals and sync them securely across devices. You can sign up with your email, Google, or Apple account.
Can I use Goalzee for free?
Yes. Goalzee offers both free and paid subscription options. The range of features and limits may vary depending on the selected plan. Up-to-date information about available plans, features, and pricing is always displayed directly in the app and in official app stores.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free plan, and premium features become unavailable — but your goals and data stay safe.
How does the AI goal creation work?
Goalzee uses OpenAI’s technology to help you define clear and achievable goals. Based on your inputs, the AI generates structured goals with steps or measurable outcomes. No personal data is sent to AI — only anonymized goal-related text.
Where are my data stored?
Your data are securely stored on OVH servers in the EU (France) and partly in Google Firebase infrastructure. We apply encryption and follow GDPR standards for safety and privacy.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile → Legal → Delete Account section. All personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
Does Goalzee use notifications?
Yes. You can enable Goal Reminders, Progress Summaries, and Tips & Insights to stay on track. Notifications can be customized or turned off anytime in your profile settings.
Does the app work offline?
Goalzee stores your recent data locally, allowing you to view and edit existing goals offline. Syncing and AI generation require an internet connection.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All sensitive information, such as passwords, is encrypted. We never sell or share personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
What is the minimum age to use Goalzee?
Goalzee is intended for users aged 16 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
